Self Catering villa in Puerto Calero Pricing
Holiday rental is £300 per week for our self catering villa in Puerto Calero.
The villa is fully equipped.Linen and towels are provided with the exception of beach towels.
Water and electricity are provided.There is no meter charge.
Weekly maid service is provided.
Holiday Insurance is essential.Guests are expected to arrange this themselves.
On the day of departure you will need to vacate the villa by 10am.

An option of 4 days can be given to enable you to check for flights.If you wish to book,I will send you a booking form which on receipt will confirm your booking.
Deposits are required to secure the booking or full payment if less than 8 weeks prior to departure.

Booking Information
1.A deposit of £30 per person must accompany your fully completed booking form.On receipt of the completed booking form we will send you written confirmation.
2.The balance is due,without reminder,8 weeks before departure.If this is not paid in good time I reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled and withold all deposits paid.
3.All cancellations or alterations must be made in writing.If you cancel you are liable for the following cancellation charges,dependant on the number of days before departure on which written notification is received.
More than 56 days-loss of deposit.
29-55 days-40%
15-28 days-60%
0-14 days-100%
4.Bookings are accepted solely on the understanding that guests are responsible for any losses or damages to the villa caused by them during the stay.
5.Although it is extremely unlikely,if we are forced to cancel the villa hire,which we reserve the right to do in any circumstances,we will refund all monies paid.
6.The villa is let on the basis of you accepting liability for any accidents,injury or loss at your own risk.
